Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in facility settings. You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore patients' independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Support patients to regain independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
