Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities within our gated retirement community in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will support with housekeeping, meals, and escort residents to appointments and social events.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth as the community expands, with a per diem rate of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certified as a Home Health Aide or equivalent per state/federal requirements.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping and meal planning/prep.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Follow standard Infection Control & Prevention practices.
• Notify nurse of any changes in a resident’s condition.
