Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide personal care and assistance within our gated retirement community.

You'll support residents with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and escorting residents to appointments and social events, contributing to their comfort and independence. No travel is required, and you will join a team dedicated to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified Home Health Aide or CNA per state regulations.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support residents with housekeeping, meal planning, and simple chores.
• Escort residents to appointments and social events.
• Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful interactions.
• Follow standard infection control practices and report changes in condition.
