Job summary

The Treetop in Phoenix is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children who have autism. You will implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track progress, and keep families updated on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work with children with autism.
• Paid training provided to earn RBT certification at The Treetop.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and implement therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and keep families updated on child progress.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust plans as needed.
• Learn ABA and grow in the role with onboarding and supervision.
