Job summary

The Treetop is now hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in homes across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children, implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track progress, and keep families informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance may be required.
• Travel to clients' homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and update families.
• Sessions take place in clients' homes; work independently while staying connected with the team.
