Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Phoenix, AZ is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children in our center.

We provide paid training to earn your RBT certification, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Paid training to earn RBT certification is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental differences under supervision.
• Track progress and share updates with families and BCBA supervisor.
• Help implement individualized therapy plans and learn ABA basics through training.
