Job summary

The Treetop in Pinehurst, NC is hiring in-clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision, helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills in clinic and home settings.

We offer competitive hourly pay, a $250 afternoon availability sign-on bonus, 401(k) with match, PTO from day one, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of RBT training is required.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required to support clinic visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Record session data accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain communication with supervising BCBAs and staff.
• Support positive behavior change using evidence-based ABA strategies.
