The Treetop Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clinic and in home settings. You’ll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA, helping them gain essential skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and document progress with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
