Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role supports children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills in clinic and home settings.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $20-$32, a $250 afternoon availability bonus, paid training, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies
