Job summary

Genesis HealthCare seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Massachusetts. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver focused therapy in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. PT degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an in-facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and guide caregivers when appropriate.
