Job summary

Gold Vine ABA is seeking an RBT to work in our Augusta, GA clinic on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, applying behavior plans and data collection in a supportive, family-focused setting.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs and families, delivering evidence-based interventions with consistency, reliability, and compassionate care, while growing your skills through mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it with our support.
• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to work in person at the Augusta, GA clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior and manage challenging behaviors.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic, helping them build meaningful skills through individualized ABA therapy.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill‑acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior. You'll be taught to safely manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately document real‑time data on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT certification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
• High school diploma or higher.
• A genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred:

• Experience in childcare, ABA, or working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Current students or degree holders in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
