Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or better.
• Associates or better in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1 year Teller and/or Personal Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviews with customers and opens new accounts.
• Provides superior customer service and resolves inquiries.
• Gathers information for evaluation of banking solutions.
• Maintains account maintenance timely and accurate.
• Addresses client issues personally or routes to proper source.
• Initiates new accounts such as savings, IRAs, CDs, money market, etc.
• Provides information on deposit accounts, rates, fees, and services.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on bank products and procedures.
• Supports achievement of profitability goals through new business.
• Back-up for other Personal Banker I duties and related roles.
• Completes annual compliance training as required.
