Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews with customers and opens new accounts.
• Provides superior customer service and resolves inquiries.
• Gathers information to evaluate and recommend STAR’s banking solutions.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products, services, and procedures.
• Generates new business to meet profitability goals.
• Participates as internal contact for walk-in sales inquiries.
• Identifies and refers business opportunities to bank affiliates.
• May support other duties including loan administration and mentoring new staff.
