Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience required.
• Prior client service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and complex transactions such as account openings/closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Assist in retaining and growing existing client relationships by understanding needs and offering financial solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and be cross-trained to assist clients.
• Support daily branch operations including reporting, audits, ATMs, cash vault, and cash shipments.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with bank policies.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to engage in consultative discussions.
