Job summary

Somerset Regal Bank is seeking a staff member for the Onsite Operations Department in Bound Brook, NJ. The role supports in-person, email and phone inquiries and oversees DDA activity and daily reconciliations.

The position requires familiarity with branch operations, US banking products and related regulations, plus experience with Fiserv-Cleartouch. Normal hours are Mon–Wed 8:30–4:30, Thu 8:30–5:00, Fri 8:30–4:00.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in branch or operations banking in a US bank.
• Familiarity with US banking consumer products and regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with Fiserv-Cleartouch software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, email and telephone support for Operations Department services.
• Manage DDA activity and daily DDA Rejects processing.
• Handle overdrafts, returned items, check processing and related reports.
