Favor seeks an experienced merchandising leader to build data-driven strategies that boost content structure, category performance, and in-app discoverability. You’ll partner with marketing, finance, and analytics to plan and optimize initiatives.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define KPIs, run experiments, and push growth while ensuring an exceptional user experience across the app. This is a hybrid role with Austin, TX HQ collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable training or work experience.
• 5+ years in website/app merchandising or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve customer journey and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-app merchandising execution and ensure on-brand shopping experiences.
• Develop strategies focused on navigation, content structure, and feature placement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.
• Analyze performance, surface insights, and guide pricing optimizations.
• Define and track core merchandising KPIs and reporting cadence.
• Lead A/B testing to refine content, placement, and user journeys.
