Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams in the delivery of patient care, applying the nursing process to assess, treat, educate and document care. RNs are hired in experience-based groupings from new grads to ten-plus years, with emphasis on safe, compassionate care.

Qualified candidates will have graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a Texas license or compact license, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Texas RN license required or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, professional nursing care using the nursing process and adapt to patient needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes and ensure quality standards.
• Develop discharge and transfer plans and participate in program evaluation.
