This role demands support for North America business hours, ensuring collaboration with engineering and operations teams during critical situations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Mobile Core / IMS technologies.
• Knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G networks.
• Experience with Telco Cloud (CNF/VNF environments).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, Diameter, Radius, LDAP.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ansible, OpenStack, or cloud-native environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Mobile Core network operations support.
• Act as a technical point of contact for engineering and operations teams.
• Support IMS Core platforms and services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Lead technical bridge calls during critical incidents.
• Support network automation, observability, and security improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
