This high-impact role connects global suppliers, logistics partners, regulators, sales, and finance to turn supply chain capabilities into measurable business results. You will lead strategic procurement, supplier leadership, and risk management across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or import management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience in raw materials, food ingredients, food manufacturing, specialty ingredients, flavors, sweeteners, proteins, starches, oils, or related categories.
• Demonstrated experience importing food grade products into the United States.
• Proven success negotiating international supply agreements.
• Experience managing and developing suppliers across multiple global regions.
• Strong understanding of international sourcing, logistics, and supply chain risk.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced procurement and supply chain professional who thrives at the intersection of global sourcing, food ingredients, raw materials, international trade, supplier partnerships, logistics, and providing customer solutions.

You will serve as the critical connection between global suppliers, logistics partners, regulatory agencies, sales, customer service, domestic procurement, operations, and finance, turning global supply chain capabilities into measurable customer and business results.
