Job summary

• Assumes accountability for: Employee development goals, performance, productivity and morale
• Assumes accountability for: Customer service levels, business development and growth
• Assumes accountability for: Meeting/exceeding all corporate performance KPI’s
• Assumes accountability for: Accurate billing practices
• Responsible for profitability through: Budget monitoring
• Responsible for profitability through: Cash flow analysis( A/R,COTS,ACH,Open Job )
• Responsible for profitability through: Performance monitoring( Radarreports )
• Responsible for profitability through: Market/customer analysis
• Responsible for profitability through: Preparation of quotations for new/existing business
• Responsible for all regulatory issues within the department such as classifications, port entry and problem resolution. Coordinated effort under direction of the Regional Compliance Manager.
• Provide sales support as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience, 2 in a managerial/supervisory position
• 2 years of college and/or an additional 2 years of industry experience
• Knowledge of Transportation industry, Import/Global transportation/Regulatory and business development
• Standard hours and additional time as necessary
• A current CHB license is required and candidate is expected to be office QLH (Qualified License Holder)
• Must maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
