Qualifications

• Three+ years of customs brokerage experience.
• US Customs Broker License obtained or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of US import clearance and regulations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop import customs brokerage team.
• Oversee customs entries, clearances and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational performance, billing and department profitability.
• Maintain SOPs and improve processes, productivity and service levels.
• Support customer reviews, presentations and account development.
• Ensure employees complete training and development objectives.
