The analyst serves as the go-to resource for customs procedures, import law requirements, and tariff impacts, identifies issues and escalates them to counsel as needed, and champions customs and import compliance across the business. • Assist trade counsel and local in-country counsel in coordinating with customs brokers to review, respond to, and manage all local Customs inquiries, including requests for information, import entry seizures or denials, and customs audit requests
  • Support the company’s Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Security and CTPAT Trade Compliance membership by coordinating with internal compliance colleagues, security, supply chain, and trade counsel
  • Collaborate with Compliance Analysts and Trade Counsel to draft and implement compliance procedures
  • Deliver training and presentations to business unit personnel and leadership as requested
  • Work closely with Compliance Law and promptly escape any potential, perceived, or actual violations or issues reported by the business
  • Leverage AI tools to drive continuous process improvement

  • Experience analyzing data, preparing presentations or reports, coordinating projects, or supporting process improvements
  • Experience using Copilot, AI, or other digital tools responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, or work quality
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements clearly to audiences ranging from staff to senior leadership, legal counsel, and audit teams, and to give management concise status summaries
