Role Snapshot (Quick Overview)
We are seeking a PMP-certified Implementation Supervisor II to lead mid to large-scale
business migration projects involving multi-site deployments, multiple
products/services, and cross-functional coordination.
This is a business-side implementation role — not a technical IT systems build role. The
ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing operational migrations, stakeholder
alignment, implementation modeling, and go-live execution within large enterprise

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead mid to large-scale account migrations across single or multi-site implementations
- Develop and execute structured implementation models including:
- Stakeholder communication plans
- User acceptance training coordination
- Oversee go-live readiness and migration execution
Cross-Functional Team Management
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams
- Partner closely with Program Managers and operational stakeholders
- Conduct status meetings and follow up on action items
- Drive accountability across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate daily virtual status meetings (e.g., Zoom)
Reporting & Governance
- Provide weekly executive-level reporting
- Analyze implementation plans, templates, and outcomes
- Conduct post-implementation audits and lessons-learned reviews
- Track KPIs and project performance using project management tools
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
- Active PMP Certification (Required – Must be current and verifiable)
- 10+ years of experience managing:
- Mid to large-scale migration projects
- Multi-site implementations
- Cross-functional project teams
- Strong application of project management methodologies and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong stakeholder communication and business-side coordination experience
- Ability to travel domestically as required
- Willingness to support weekend go-lives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operational environments
- Background working in large organizations (enterprise-scale programs)
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
- Experience using project management tools such as:
- Microsoft Project
- Smartsheet
- Equivalent tracking/reporting platforms
