Implementation Specialist

ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution. You will partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, and guide them toward the best solution for their requirements.
• Implement ADP technologies. You will analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
• Partner internally. You will interact and collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with members of the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
• Multi‑task and communicate. Your ability to work on multiple time‑sensitive follow‑ups and projects simultaneously is essential. You must be able to share essential information clearly and concisely, and be comfortable and skilled with Microsoft Office products.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a client service/customer service environment, with at least one year of business consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
