About the role
The Paubox Implementation team is seeking a specialist to assist our team in onboarding new customers. As an implementation specialist at Paubox, you will work with our new customers via Zoom to change their email routing in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and assist them in updating their domain's DNS records. You’ll ensure their success with our product by testing their configuration, reviewing their Paubox dashboard, and answering any questions they have during their onboarding process.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be US-based.
