MITC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to help customers maximize MITC software. You’ll build relationships, analyze data, and guide clients on best practices during video calls and in-person visits.
You’ll participate in 3–4 daily Teams meetings, travel 2–4 times per year, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure long‑term success and retention. The hybrid schedule is based in Frederick, Maryland.
As an Implementation Specialist at MITC, you’ll work closely with existing customers to help them use their MITC software effectively. You’ll provide guidance on best practices and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting long‑term customer success and retention.
Part of your day will be spent on customer video calls, typically with 3–4 meetings per day via Microsoft Teams. During these meetings, you’ll review how customers are using MITC, walk through best practices, discuss findings from their data, and agree on next steps. Between meetings, you’ll prepare for upcoming calls, review customer data, document recommendations, and coordinate follow‑up with customers and internal teams.
Experience: Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
