Position Overview

The Implementation Project Manager I – HE Operations is responsible for supporting multiple projects, often cross-departmental and strategic in scope, including partner implementations. Key duties include defining project requirements and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop knowledge of project development processes, collaborating with managers and escalating issues as needed.
  2. Analyze to identify efficiencies and opportunities for expanding departmental scope, customer base, and product offerings.
  3. Assist management in organizing tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure project success.
  4. Document communications, action plans, processes, and issues professionally.
  5. Participate in and lead project meetings and other related meetings.
  6. Review requirements and configure system setups accordingly.
  7. Conduct online training sessions for institutions on product implementations.
  8. Identify and implement process efficiencies during projects or reviews.
  9. Develop workflows, processes, and procedures for new products/services.
  10. Prepare documentation such as user guides and training manuals.
  11. Understand customer needs, advocate for their priorities, and build strong relationships.
Compensation

Pay grade: $50,000 - $55,000

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 2-4 years experience in system analysis or software implementation; project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
