UPS is seeking a program implementation professional to manage client implementations from handoff through go-live and hypercare. You will coordinate cross-functional requirements, track milestones, and drive issue resolution while developing SOPs and coordinating approvals.

You will also monitor go-live performance, maintain records in Salesforce and project tools, and provide status reports using Power BI and Excel. Region-based shifts apply in a healthcare logistics setting.
