How You’ll Contribute
  1. Support active implementation efforts across multiple states with a focus on K-12 education freedom programs (e.g., ESAs, tax credits, open enrollment).
  2. Draft implementation tools such as state-specific project plans, RFP outlines, stakeholder communications, FAQs, process documentation, and family/provider materials.
  3. Contribute to the design and documentation of customer service strategies, technology integrations, and family engagement resources.
  4. Draft memos, internal briefings, and external deliverables to support implementation planning and execution.
  5. Represent yes. every kid. foundation in communications with agency staff and other state-level stakeholders, as appropriate.
  6. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups related to new state engagements.
  7. Travel (up to 25%) may be required to support state implementation work.
What You Will Bring
  1. 3–7 years of experience in state government, policy implementation, or education reform with direct involvement in program operations.
  2. Strong understanding of program administration, state agency operations, and/or vendor management within K-12 education systems.

  4. Skilled at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Mission-aligned – passionate about making education programs work better for families.
