Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an implementation manager to support Back to Starbucks initiatives and empower Coffeehouse Excellence with tools, training, and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence decisions across product, brand, global supply chain, and technology teams to ensure successful rollout of new processes and policies.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with experience in multi-unit retail/restaurant environments.

• Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressive retail ops, incl. 3 years in implementation/project mgmt.

As an implementation manager on the Operations Implementation team, you will contribute to Starbucks success by supporting key initiatives with our Back to Starbucks plan. • Starbucks district manager experience (3 years) or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience including 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment
• Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
• Strong knowledge of coffeehouse operations, processes and procedures
• Ability to apply systems-thinking and an understanding of how cross-functional dependencies influence downstream results
• Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships
• Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
