Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee field coordination of supplemental resources at power generation facilities in North Carolina. You will work with station personnel, contractors, and owners to ensure work plans are executed safely and on schedule.

The role requires extensive frontline leadership, LOTO oversight, and hands-on problem solving to keep maintenance and operations progressing efficiently and safely.

Formación

• 10+ years in power plant maintenance/operations.
• Experience overseeing work in power generation.

• Strong knowledge of power plant systems and execution.
• LOTO leadership/oversight experience.
• Experience with work management processes.
• Ability to identify/remove barriers to field execution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field oversight and job coordination for supplemental and contract resources.
• Direct, coordinate, and review contractor activities for safety and timely completion of work.
• Review work plans and ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available.
• Act as primary field contact for contractors during work execution.
• Perform field observations and walkdowns to identify and resolve barriers.
• Provide LOTO oversight and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with station personnel, supervisors, equipment owners, and contractors.
• Monitor progress and escalate safety, schedule, productivity, or execution concerns.
• Support daily and weekly maintenance and operations activities.
• Ensure contractors execute according to established plans and schedules.
• Support resolution of field issues and changes during execution.
• Provide work status updates and reporting as needed.
• Capture lessons learned and improve future work execution.
• Support continuous improvement of the work management process.

The Implementation Manager will provide field oversight and coordination of supplemental and contract resources supporting maintenance and operations work at power generation facilities. This role will serve as a key point of contact in the field, working with station personnel, contractors, supervisors, and equipment owners to ensure work plans are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight and job coordination for supplemental and contract resources.
• Direct, coordinate, and review contractor activities to ensure safe, accurate, and timely completion of work.
• Review work plans and schedules prior to execution and ensure the necessary resources, materials, and equipment are available.
• Act as a primary field contact for contractors during work execution.
• Perform field observations and work-area walkdowns to identify and resolve barriers impacting execution.
• Provide LOTO oversight and ensure work is performed according to applicable safety requirements.
• Coordinate with station personnel, supervisors, equipment owners, and contractors throughout execution.
• Monitor and track work progress and quickly escal safety, schedule, productivity, quality, or execution concerns.
• Support daily and weekly maintenance and operations activities.
• Ensure contractors are executing work according to established plans and schedules.
• Support resolution of field issues and changes that arise during execution.
• Provide work status updates and reporting as needed.
• Capture lessons learned and incorporate feedback to improve future work execution.
• Support continuous improvement of the overall work management process.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of power plant maintenance and/or operations experience
• Strong experience overseeing maintenance or operations work in a power generation environment
• Experience directing and coordinating contractors or supplemental field resources
• Strong knowledge of power plant systems, equipment, and work execution processes
• LOTO leadership/oversight experience
• Experience with work management processes and executing established work plans and schedules
• Ability to identify and remove barriers impacting field execution
• Strong safety mindset and field leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
