Job summary

Kernel is seeking an Implementation Lead in London to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions and ensure every proof of concept is accurate, scalable, and positioned for success.

Working with Account Executives, Product and Engineering, you’ll lead the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live, architect and deploy bespoke AI agents, and act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a client-facing analytical or technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Account Management or Consulting.
• Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript) and understanding of data systems.
• Product sensibility: question why before when; push back on scope that doesn't serve the customer.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving technical challenges creatively.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support US-based customers.
• Nice to have: experience with AI products or RevOps workflows and CRM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert.
• Run and deliver high quality POCs in a timely manner.
• Lead and own the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Architect, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling.
• Act as a trusted advisor for your portfolio of multiple clients.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
