We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive and scale complex, high-impact partnerships across the platform in North America. In this role, you will lead the regional implementation team and play a critical role in delivering seamless, scalable payment integrations that support our partners and fuel our growth.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for some of our most strategic and technically sophisticated partners. Your focus will be on ensuring end-to-end execution of integration projects—balancing speed, quality, and scalability—while building strong internal and external alignment. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term success of partnerships.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Develop and lead the implementation strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and regional growth goals. Continuously evolve this strategy to meet the needs of our expanding partner base.
Own all aspects of implementation delivery, including scoping, planning, resourcing, execution, and stakeholder communication. Ensure the team is hitting key performance indicators and contributing to measurable business outcomes.
Lead and grow a high-performing team of implementation managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them deliver successful, complex integrations across multiple products and partners.
Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, with a strong focus on prioritization, risk management, and timeline accuracy. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of partner solutions with minimal disruption.
Make critical trade-off decisions across scope, resources, and timelines, and ensure alignment and transparency across all internal stakeholders.
Establish strong governance practices, ensuring accurate data tracking, documentation, and reporting. Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned through clear and consistent communication.
Build trusted relationships with external partners, acting as the primary technical and strategic point of contact during the integration process. Represent the company’s interests while delivering a best-in-class partner experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, legal, and commercial to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks throughout the integration lifecycle.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the team and across the broader organization.
Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment, encouraging professional development, accountability, and high performance.
