Job summary

X-Team is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to lead 3PL warehouse implementation projects across the US and Canada. You will drive launch plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery to high standards, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

The role emphasizes facility design oversight, WMS configuration, and collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure successful handoffs and ongoing satisfaction.

• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and processes based on feedback and industry best practices
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations post-implementation

About the Role

This is a permanent role with one of our clients.

The Implementation Specialist II plays a critical role in the successful launch and execution of 3PL warehouse operations. You’ll lead the implementation of new 3PL warehousing and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada, overseeing launch plans, coordinating stakeholders, and managing expectations throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and to the expected standards, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across our client’s 3PL warehousing operations.

Must haves:

Direct experience with WMS or warehouse implementation

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Experience working in a startup environment
