Job summary

Archer and Stord are seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the launch and integration of warehouse systems across the US and Canada, driving seamless fulfillment projects. You will oversee end-to-end testing, design and deployment of OMS/WMS, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer implementations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, process optimization, and building clear SOPs for operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units.
• Oversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands.
• Deploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.
• Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end.
• Implement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation.
• Engage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch.
• Serve as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard provided.
• Build easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teams.

About

The Implementation Engineer position will play an integral role in the execution and oversight for the launch plan of brands across Stord’s network. You will serve as a lead in implementations and launches of new technical and fulfillment projects across the US and Canada. This position will offer the responsibility of managing expectations and the overall process of our 3PL warehousing function.

What You'll Do

Bonus Points

• 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics
