PBIRx, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support onboarding and transition of clients for pharmacy benefit consulting services. You will work cross-functionally with consultants, PBMs, health plans, vendors and internal teams to ensure programs are implemented accurately, on time, and aligned with client objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
PBIRx is looking for an experienced, attention to detail person who has two to three years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Implementations.
Established in 1993, PBIRx is a growing consulting and auditing company focusing on employee benefit services and programs that result in pharmacy benefit savings. Our headquarters is in Shelton, CT with a second location in St. Louis, MO.
PBIRx partners with prestigious clients, brokers, and consultants as their pharmacy benefit specialist, helping clients to evaluate, modify, design and execute solutions for their pharmacy benefit plan. This role works cross-functionally with consultants, PBMs, health plans, vendors, and internal teams to ensure pharmacy benefit programs are implemented accurately, on time, and in alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
