  • Coordinate with clients, Operations, Training, IT, Product, Integration, Support, and other project partners to meet implementation milestones and prepare for go-live.
  • Develop and deliver clear training, objectives, expectations, and educational materials for end users and project stakeholders.
  • Lead or support database validation, functional testing, and integrated testing to confirm readiness for successful go-lives.
  • Identify project obstacles, engage the appropriate subject matter experts, and escalat or resolve issues that could affect solution delivery.
  • Provide clear project updates and escalations to stakeholders at multiple levels and help maintain accountability throughout implementation.
  • Propose opportunities to improve, enhance, or expand product and process initiatives.
  • Build knowledge of healthcare operations and patient access workflows while progressing through product training, mock implementation work, shadowing, and supported client projects.
  • Travel to client sites based on project needs, with the ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills and clear, concise oral and written communication.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, office staff, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to collect information, establish facts, draw conclusions, and correct errors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and adjust to rapidly changing customer needs.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently without close supervision while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and understand the importance of protecting patient data, including HIPAA requirements.
