Job Description

Fiix is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. We help our customers drive better outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations, and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success.

Rockwell Automation acquired Fiix in December 2020. As an Implementation Consultant, you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organization through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

You will report to the Manager located in Canada and work fully remote.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase
• Help clients maximize our technology and deploy solutions that encourage end-user adoption, minimize "time to value," and support expansion
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, develop solution designs, and configure the CMMS to meet their needs
• Manage client expectations, identify risks, and control scope, quality, and timelines
• Develop and deliver client training, including creating training materials
• Assist with data collection, loading, and configuration
• Create client reports and dashboards
• Support system integrations between Fiix and ERP systems
• Record project progress and store artefacts in a central repository
• Collaborate to identify best practices
• Help train new Implementation Consultants
• Travel up to 40% of the time
• Measure success through customer feedback, usage %, and team contributions

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1+ years experience in software implementation, SaaS, or CMMS
• Experience in Maintenance and Reliability industry is a plus
• Experience translating customer requirements into solutions
• Project Management experience with software implementations
• Valid driver’s license and Passport
• Proficiency in German and English
