Position Summary:

Our Implementation Consultants ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of the ascend software. This involves understanding client needs, configuring the system, training users, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate has a strong Salesforce background, excellent problem-solving skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do:

• Lead functional requirement gathering sessions and sprint meetings, documenting specifications aligned with client goals.
• Develop solution design documents and estimate effort levels.
• Configure and customize ascend and Salesforce to meet client requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support data conversion and integration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during transition.
• Create Salesforce reports.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, administrators, and trainers.
• Lead ascend and Salesforce reporting overviews.
• Complete ascend upgrades and perform regression testing.
• Provide go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions to ensure client satisfaction and system efficiency.
• Travel to conferences and customer sites may be required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable working independently.
• Experience with Advancement, Fundraising, Higher Education, or Grateful Patient programs is a plus.
• Experience with third-party applications like Blackthorn, Formstack, Conga is a plus.
