Job Overview
Specright is looking to hire an Implementation Consultant within our Implementation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements, designing, and implementing Specification Data Management solutions for customer accounts.
You will collaborate with our customers to provide best practice recommendations, develop solution designs, and ensure successful implementation. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirement creation and solution design, ensuring successful project implementation across various business sizes, including enterprise.
- Define and document solution designs, user stories, requirements, including configuration, custom development, and data migration.
- Collaborate with the Solution Data Architect & Project Manager to define scope and deliverables for successful implementation.
- Consult, lead, and guide customers with best practices to support business transformation and process optimization during Specright implementations.
- Help customers transform their business with SDM technology.
- Configure objects, layouts, workflows in Specright, and perform Salesforce admin functions.
- Perform quality assessments against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
- Work directly with clients in industries such as beauty and cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals.
- Train and mentor new team members on product and industry best practices.
- Conduct weekly technical training and mentorship for the team.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical experience within manufacturing, HLS, or high-tech industries.
- Salesforce.com admin experience required.
- Software configuration and/or development experience.
- Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, data models, configuration, and deployment.
- Experience with SaaS hybrid implementation methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to present to C-level executives and leadership.
- Industry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
