Illumia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage the deployment of Cloud POS and Mobile Ordering solutions for higher education campuses. You will oversee technical projects from configuration through installation and training, ensuring optimal usage of Illumia technology.

As an Implementation Consultant, you deploy Illumia’s Cloud POS, Mobile Ordering, and related commerce solutions for higher education and campus clients. You independently manage short‑term technical project engagements from configuration through installation, training, and launch — delivering onsite and remote services that help each client get optimal value from their Illumia technology.
You will work closely with Illumia’s implementation and deployment team, project managers, and client stakeholders at higher education and campus sites. This is an individual‑contributor role with no direct reports, partnering regularly with internal support, product, and services teams as well as third‑party payment and hardware vendors.
