Nanyuki Sports Club is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to support customer needs throughout the software launch process. This role involves collaborating with teams to align project goals, documenting interactions, and troubleshooting enrollment issues, ensuring a smooth implementation experience for customers.
Implementation of Systems and Services
o Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to align execution goals and achieve project milestones.
o Work closely with customers to understand their needs.
o Support new customers from the signing of the contract through the software launch date.
o Configure software settings for customers in preparation for software go-live dates.
Documenting and Reporting
o Document customer interactions and track progress.
o Use Monday.com to manage multiple customer implementation boards. Excellent attention to detail is essential and will aid in the achievement of deadlines.
o Customize the customer implementation boards on Monday.com and the processes as needed to adhere to the customer’s desired workflow.
o Gather and consolidate information required for successful implementation.
o Provide any administrative tasks that may be required for a successful software launch.
Enrollment Management
o Support the Payer Analysis process to evaluate key procedures and perform payer enrollments.
o Support the enrollment process of payers and policies into their respective portals and clearinghouses.
o Maintain and document the processes as they grow and evolve.
o Troubleshoot enrollment issues as they develop and document steps to provide complete solutions.
