Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a detail-oriented project coordinator to drive credit card implementation programs for clients. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage project tasks, and ensure timely delivery from start to production.

You will be the main client contact throughout the process, including post-launch monitoring for 30 days. The role requires solid experience in credit card processing, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Credit Card processing in a client services environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of VISA/MC rules and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate credit card implementations that include internal conversions, external conversions, start-up programs and add programs
• Manage the project and the project tasks which are dependent on employee completing the tasks according to project plan
• Follow up with clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of implementations
• Act as a main contact for the client throughout the Implementation phases for all aspects of the process up to and including monitoring once the program is in production for 30 days
• Provide Technical support for clients

Requirements

• Experience with Credit Card processing and client service environment required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of VISA/MC Rules and Regulations a plus
• Proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and working knowledge of Windows based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent (College a plus)
