What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front line support to ensure client functionality meets specifications for successful implementation
- Assist in setting up and installing technical systems and applications for clients
- Manage initial access, support data mapping and transfer, and create required process documents
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues for escalation
- Train clients on system functionality and assist with the transition to long-term support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong preference for experience with Heartland Payments Systems or related industry experience
- Ability to learn and apply professional concepts to resolve routine issues
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities in a matrix environment
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in business, information systems, or finance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with system configurations and technical specifications
- Familiarity with business processes and client education on system functionality
- Ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate between differing objectives
