What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line support during client conversions to ensure proper functionality and specifications
- Assist in setting up and installing technical systems and applications for clients
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation
- Train clients on system functionality and assist with the transition to long-term support
- Collaborate with higher-level analysts to create system configurations and review scope documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science preferred; additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Familiarity with Heartland Payments Systems or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related experience is typically expected
- Experience in business, information systems, or finance-related fields required
