Job summary

Caldera Medical, a women’s pelvic health medical device company, seeks a Territory Representative to grow the implant business across upstate New York. You’ll own the territory end to end, growing existing accounts, opening new ones, and working alongside surgeons in the OR to drive adoption of pelvic health solutions.

You’ll be hands-on coaching for a long‑term med device career, with travel up to 80%. Success will be measured by quarterly/annual sales, new account development, and surgeon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS/BA preferred.
• 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience with face‑to‑face selling.
• Residence in the Albany, NY or Buffalo, NY area.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the upstate New York sales territory across Capital Region to Buffalo.
• Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists in hospital and office settings.
• Lead product trials and provide case support in the operating room.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons and teams.
• Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to position Caldera’s offerings.
• Manage territory budgets and maintain CRM records; travel as needed.
