YMCA of Cleveland is seeking a Pathways Instructor to plan and deliver engaging activities for youth program participants. You will create age appropriate sessions, build rapport with families, and help run family nights in a welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of youth programming experience, with CPR/First Aid within 90 days. Candidates must be at least 16 and complete babysitter certification if under 18.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year youth programming experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Red Cross Babysitter Certification if under 18.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Plan activities in advance for designated youth program areas.
• Deliver age appropriate activities and assist with family nights.
• Develop positive rapport with youth and parents.
• Keep program areas safe, clean, and properly arranged.
• Adhere to YMCA standards and safety procedures at all times.
• Relate effectively to diverse groups and be a mandated reporter if needed.
