Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to support and coordinate programs for the Workplace Health & Safety organization. You will work with managers, directors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project deliverables and successful program delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion or a related field and about two years of health-related experience, with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to support onsite client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion or other health-related field required.
• Two (2) years of experience in health-related field preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with development of Workplace Health & Safety programs.
• Provides project support for program implementation.
• Delivers timely deliverables for various projects.
• Coordinates internal processes and procedures to support program delivery.
• Organizes materials and coordinates with stakeholders for onsite client events.
• Develops data reports and tracks metrics to demonstrate program value.
• Engages in process improvement for project coordination work.
• Schedules and coordinates training experiences for residents and other stakeholders.
• Ensures safety of patients, staff and visitors within budgetary specifications.
• Supports continuing education and professional development for staff.
