Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in job coaching, counseling, or related disability services.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with transition programs and collaborations with schools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of internships and WBL opportunities for Pre-ETS programs.
• Support adolescents/young adults using person-centered approaches.
• Develop and steward community-based WBL sites with employer partners.
• Collaborate with families, employers, and program teams to ensure successful placements.
