This full-time position requires strong organizational skills, 2-3 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting and/or inventory management.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; basic math functions.
• Physically capable of walking up and down stairs, standing for long periods, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational efficiency and safety of the Philadelphia Giving Factory.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and provide logistical support.
• Optimize warehouse setup for volunteer productivity.
